But with more than a million new websites appearing on the web every day, it may take years for your site to be easily found in the search engines for your company name alone if your efforts stop there. And it could take even longer, if ever, to be found by customers unfamiliar with your business name.

Set up
Careful evaluation of your web presence is the first step toward developing a customized marketing plan. We begin with an assessment of your web position in 4 major search engines. Though you may have received offers to submit your site to "thousands of search engines", in reality there are only a handful that truly matter.
Keywords are essential to visibility on the web. Out Of The Box(OTB) research can guide targeted customers to your site by carefully choosing a list of keywords that are relevant to your business. Keywords are written into the text on the site as well as in the "hidden" source code title and meta tags.
Design changes are often necessary to optimize the site and are critical to the level of success you can expect from our work. These can be made by the site's original designer or by one of the excellent web designers affiliated with OTB.
Program Details
Search Engines
After completing the set up of the site, OTB begins the process of search engine release, directory listings, and linking to industry specific sites. All appropriate pages of your site will be submitted to the major search engines.
We are continually monitoring changes in the web, and watching for the next new thing in search engines. Remember: just a few years ago, Google was simply a research project!
Link Building
Link popularity is important to search engine rankings, and we carefully choose legitimate, relevant sites, blogs and directories that will drive traffic to your site as well as help with engine algorithiums that use incoming links as a base for ranking. We are not interested in fooling the engines but rather in working with them to provide a good experience for the user and give your site a trusted value among the engines.
During the contract period, you will be able to track your monthly progress through an OTB website report tailored to your business. Everything that we do for you will be posted to that site, including a monthly web postion report. We meet with clients at 3 month intervals to discuss progress and necessary changes to the. We welcome more frequent meetings at the clients request. There is a wrap up meeting at the end of the marketing campaign to review the entire process.

Program Costs
Our 12 month agreement is priced at $350 a month for the first 6 months and $200 a month for the second 6 months. Out of the Box charges no additional fees. If it is necessary to add the site to Yahoo a yearly charge of $299, we will help the client decide if a listing is appropriate for their site.
